Childcare Sufficiency Audit

Parents, guardians and anyone responsible for arranging childcare for someone under 18 years of age in Conwy County are being asked to contribute their opinions to the Council’s 2016 Childcare Sufficiency Audit ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Childcare Act requires local authorities to shape and support the development of childcare provision in their area. Conwy County Borough Council is carrying out an audit of childcare to gain a picture of the current situation in the County. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

The Council wants as much information as possible and the opinions of people who access childcare, or plan to access childcare, as well as the reasons why people don’t are all needed to form an accurate picture. The survey is open until 1 December. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
