Conwy Supports Two Minutes Silence

Conwy County Borough Council is supporting the Royal British Legion’s call for a nationwide observance of a Two Minute Silence to begin at 11.00am on Friday 11th November 2016, to mark Armistice on the ’11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month’. ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​

Cllr Brian Cossey, Chairman of Conwy County Borough Council, said “I hope others in the community whether they are at work or at home, will join us in observing the two minutes silence.” ‌​‌​‌​​​‍‌​‌​​‌‌‌‍‌​‌‌​​‌​‍‌​‌‌‌​‌‌‍‌​‌‌‌‌​​
